The modernisation of human resources management within Côte d’Ivoire’s Territorial Administration is continuing with a strong focus on realities in the field.
In Soubré, human resources managers from prefectures and sub-prefectures in the Nawa Region took part in an evaluation and capacity-building session dedicated to the Integrated Human Resources Management System for Territorial Administration (SIGRHAT).
The meeting provided an opportunity to review personnel management procedures, the responsibilities of HR managers and the practical conditions surrounding the use of SIGRHAT. Participants were also able to share challenges encountered in their daily work, particularly those related to technical resources and connectivity.
SIGRHAT is becoming an important tool in the modernisation of personnel administration. According to information presented during the session, the system has already been deployed in most prefectures and sub-prefectures and supports the processing of personnel data as well as the monitoring of several administrative situations.
The mission in Soubré also reflects a field-oriented approach based on listening to HR practitioners. Feedback and recommendations gathered during the discussions are expected to help improve both the tools and practices used to manage personnel.
By combining digital transformation with continuous capacity building, the Territorial Administration is progressively developing a more efficient, responsive and agent-focused HR management system.
