Minister Vagondo Diomandé presented the Ministry’s draft 2026 budget to the National Assembly’s Economic and Financial Affairs Committee.
Seventeen priority actions
The draft budget presented on 18 November 2025 was adopted by a majority of members of the Economic and Financial Affairs Committee.
According to the Ministry, it includes 17 priority actions covering general administration, internal security, decentralisation, territorial administration, identification and civil protection.
A strategic vision
The Ministry is carrying out these actions as part of pillars 5 and 6 of the National Development Plan and efforts to strengthen the country’s stability.
